Introduced by Ichirobei as a water realm full of powerful spirits, so far out in the ocean that humans never come there. Water to all horizons, though the around the center, the sea is not very deep. He lies what seems to be the body of a gigantic, petrified dragon, mostly submerged. The snout and at least one claw stick up from the waters, and here and there are a few small, random rock formations. This area is perpetually covered by fog.
